4.1 IT'S UNABLE TO S EE POWER CONSUMPTION DATA IN SMART GRID
[Symptoms]
The power consumption data doesn't appear after adding the device; the power consumption data disappeared some day.
[Resolution]
Check the event list for warning(s) related to the device, find out the specific reason(s) by the information described in the warning(s), solve the
problem in accordance with the reason(s) and then observe the device. As shown in the following figure:
Check whether the managed device is synchronized with the system time of the Smart Grid server.
Go to the device management to view the configuration information, and check if BMC related configurations, including BMC IP address, user name,
password and etc. are correct.
Check if the hardware configurations of the managed server such as power supply are working properly.
4.2 IT'S UNABLE TO SEE P ERFORMANCE DATA UNDE R LINUX HOST
[Symptoms]
The performance data doesn't appear after the Linux device adding devices.
[Resolution]
Check the event list for warning(s) related to the device, find out the specific reason(s) by the information described in the warning(s).
Check whether the SSH service is enabled on the managed server and whether the device is normally logged in remotely from the native SSH host.
Go to the device management to view the configuration information of the device, check if the user name and password of collection configuration are
correct, and confirm if the specified user has the corresponding permission to execute the commands on the device.
