Deleting mailbox entries
Select the required entry (

Select and confirm to delete the entry.
Note:
You cannot delete (new) voice messages to
which you have not yet listened in full. To mark a
message as "listened to", press 66 to jump to the
end of the message. Callback requests must also
be deleted from the missed call list (

Select and confirm. Mailbox entries which have not
been deleted remain saved.

Using the missed call list

Callers who have tried to reach you during your absence
are saved in the missed call list. Callback requests
( Page 84) are also recorded here.
Viewing the missed call list
An advisory message appears and the message key
flashes when one or more information messages or
voice mails have been received for you.

Press the message key.
or:
u Call the system menu.

Select the menu item and confirm.
The phone number or names are displayed. Phone
numbers that have been viewed are ticked.
