DIMM slot population rules for mixed DIMM RANK

Basic configuration rules for populating the two slots associated with the same
DDR3 channel are:
The slot with the lower sequence number is populated first.
1RANK- and 2RANK-DIMM memory modules can be inserted in both slots.
4RANK-DIMM memory modules must be installed in the slot with the lower
sequence number or in both slots.
