Local flow control selection:
&K0: Disables flow control.
&K1: Reserved.

&K3: Enable RTS/CTS (hardware) flow control (default).
&K4: Enable XON/XOFF flow control.

Asynchronous communications mode:
&M0: Asynchronous mode (default).
&M1: Reserved.

Pulse dial make-to-break ratio selection:
This command is effective only for Japan.
&P0: 39/61 make/break ratio, 10PPS.

This command is used to display the active profiles.

Store certain command options and S-register value except S3, S4, S5.

Select stored profile for hard reset:
For compatibility with applications that issue the &Y0 command.
