Technical Information

Minimum System Requirements

Your computer should meet or exceed these requirements:
IBM or compatible computer with Pentium/100 Mhz processor or
above
Microsoft
NOTE: For Windows NT, Service Pack 3 is required.
16 MB RAM
Hard drive with at least 528 MB storage capacity (with a transfer rate
of at least 800 kB/sec and disk access time of less than 20 msec)
35 MB free hard drive space for installing the software described in
this User's Guide.110 MB free hard drive space if your package
included other software
10 MB free hard drive space for each minute of music to be recorded
An available space on an IDE controller (ATA-2 or EIDE)
One available half-height drive bay (approximately 6" wide, 1.75"
high, 8.5" deep /15 cm x 4.5 cm, 21.6 cm deep)
A CD-ROM drive to install the application software.
If your computer does not have a CD-ROM drive:
You can create an Install Assistant diskette on another computer with
a CD-ROM. The Install Assistant program will provide you with an
Install Recommendation for your system.
To copy the Install Assistant program to a diskette, insert "Software
Disc 1" into the CD-ROM drive. From the main menu, click Before
You Install, then click Make Diskette.
