Engine Cooling Inlet Duct
Check the engine cooling inlet duct
for debris. Remove any debris
present.

Check that the battery is held securely

in place to prevent the battery from
being damaged from vibration or
jarring. Also check that no battery
caps are missing to prevent battery
acid from spilling from the battery.
Check the battery terminals for
corrosion.

TIRE CONDITION

Tire Air Pressure
Check the tire air pressure before
operating the golf car.
Tire pressure:
For JW1: 16 psi
(110 kPa, 1.1 kgf/cm

Tire Wear Limit
Check the tire surface for damage,
cracks or embedded objects. When
tire tread wears down to 0.04 in.
(1 mm), replace the tire.
