PRE-OPERATION CHECKS
BATTERY
Charge batteries before each use.
See charging steps in chapter 8,
Maintenance.
Check that the batteries are held
securely in place to prevent the bat-
teries from being damaged from
vibration or jarring. Also check that no
battery caps are missing to prevent
battery acid from spilling from the bat-
tery. Check the battery terminals for
corrosion.
TIRE CONDITION
Tire Air Pressure
Check the tire air pressure before
operating the golf car.
Tire pressure:
Y-30
Tire Wear Limit
Check the tire surface for damage,
cracks or embedded objects. When
tire tread wears down to 0.04 in. (1
mm), replace the tire.
