V-BELT, CLUTCH AND
SECONDARY/PRIMARY SHEAVE
3. Remove:
NOTE:
Remove the V-belt from the primary sheave
side with clutch assembly.

SECONDARY SHEAVE DISASSEMBLY

1. Remove:
NOTE:
Loosen the nut 1 while attaching the clutch
spring compressor 2 and clutch spring holder
arm 3 and release the compressed spring after
removing the nut.
CAUTION:
Use the spacer 4 (ø 30 mm, thickness: 2
X 3 mm).

CLUTCH INSPECTION

1. Measure:
NOTE:
D After using the sandpaper, clean off the pol-
D Inspect the other clutch shoes.
D Replace the all three as a set.

S Clutch shoe thickness
Scratches ! Glaze using coarse sandpa-
per.
Wear/Damage ! Replace
