Using several handsets
End paging
÷ / c
Briefly press the registration/
paging key on the base or
press the talk key on the hand-
set.

Making internal calls

Internal calls to other handsets registered
on the same base are free.
Calling a specific handset
Open list of internal users.

Select a handset and press the
talk key.
Or:

Enter the number of the hand-
set.
Calling all handsets ("group call")
Open list of internal users.

Press the star key. All handsets
are called.
End call

Press the end call key.
Transferring a call to another handset
You can transfer an external call to
another handset.
Open list of internal users.

The external caller hears the
music on hold.

Select a handset or

When the internal party answers:

Announce the outside call if you wish.

Press the end call key.
The call is transferred. The call will come
back automatically if the internal party
does not answer or is busy.
Internal consultation calls
While talking to an outside party, you can
call an internal user to consult with him or
her.
Open list of internal users. The
INT
external caller hears the music
on hold.

Select the required handset
and press

Ending a consultation call
Press the control key.

Select Back.
You are reconnected with the external
caller.
Accepting/rejecting call waiting
If you receive an external call while con-
ducting an internal call, you will hear the
call waiting tone (a short beep). The
caller's number will appear in the display
if Calling Line Identification is enabled.
End internal call, accept external call:
Press the control key.

Select Accept Call Waiting
press .

The internal call is ended. You are con-
nected to the external caller.
Rejecting an external call
Press the control key.

Reject Call Waiting
press .

The call waiting tone is turned off. You
remain connected with the internal party.
The ring tone can still be heard on other
registered handsets.
