The phone contains a number of

need to be supplemented with the
time and date.
In standby mode:

• A message is confirmed as sent
by the phone with the text
"Message Sent". The message
is stored in the outgoing list and
can be selected and re-read
there.
• The "Message sent" text only in-
dicates that the message has
been transferred to the service
centre. The latter now tries to de-
liver the message within a certain
period (see "Validity Period",
page 44).
• If the phone was unable to send
the message, a retry option is
available. If this attempt also fails,
then check the phone number of
the service centre, see page 44.
