Alarm Input/Motion Detection Setup
Here comes the initial setup status of the ALARM RECORD SETUP menu.

ALARM IN
It is set to OFF during no alarm input.
It is set to N.C.(Normally Close) and N.O.(Normally Open) when the alarm input is
Active High and Active Low respectively. [N.C/N.O/OFF]
M.D. SENS.
It sets up the sensitivity of motion detection for motion detection setup.
There 3 setup stages, Low, Medium, and High. High and Low indicates high sensi tivity and
low sensitivity of motion detection respectively while Medium indicates normal sensitivity.
OFF indicates motion detection has been suspended. [OFF/LOW/MEDIUM/HIGH]
M.D AREA
It allocates a motion detection area to each channel.
If you press

, the motion detection area allocation screen will pop up as follows.
If you move to the block as you wish and hit the (
allocation, you may select or unselect the whole area.
If you want to select or unselect 4 areas to be selected simultaneously one by one, you shall
presss the 1 , 2 , 3 , and 4 key.
Upon setup, press the
button to display the following menu.

ALARM OUT DURATION
Displays the alarm duration period.
[3 sec/5 sec/10 sec/20 sec/30 sec/1 min/2 min/3 min/5 min/10 min]
ALARM OUT (Alarm output Setup for each channel)
Sets up ALARM OUT of the channel which received alarm signal.
[OFF/1/2/ALL]
M.D ALARM OUT
Determines ALARM OUT upon detecting any movement.
[OFF/ON]
VIDEO LOSS BUZZER
Determines whether the buzzer sounds when no video signal comes in from the
camera which was turned on during channel setup. Depending on it is set to ON or
OFF, the buzzer will 3-16 sound or not.
[OFF/ON]
ALARM BUZZER
Upon receiving ALARM, it determines whether the buzzer sounds or not.
Depending on it is set to ON or OFF, the buzzer will sound or not.

M.D BUZZER
Upon detecting movement, it determines whether the buzzer sounds or not.
Depending on it is set to ON or OFF, the buzzer will sound or not.
