The unit uses the following belts. Failure to use the different belts
could cause the unit to malfunction and be damaged.
Always use original belt.
- Check with an Authorized Service Dealer for Repair Parts.
Drive belt - Style AX - 32 1/4"K - Kevlar
Cutting Deck Belt - 4H400

POSSIBLE CAUSES
No petrol
Poor contaminated petrol
Dirty engine air filter
No spark
Difficulty in starting, flooded engine.

Grass too high or damp.

Dirty air filter
Carburetor calibration incorrect
Blunt blade

1 - If the deck or drive belt come off the pulley, please see the diagram to
correctly reroute the belt.
2 - Before servicing the belts shut off engine, apply parking brake, and lower
deck to lowest height cut. Wait for engine to cool.
Fill the petrol tank with unleaded petrol
Always use clean, fresh petrol. Only use unleaded petrol.
Clean the engine air filter according to engine manufacturer's guidelines and
intruction manual.
Clean the spark plug and replace if necessary,
manufacturer's intruction manual.
Unscrew the plug and dry it. Follow engine manufacturer's guidelines and
instruction in manual. Let the unit sit for a few minutes.
Recharge.
Check the connection.
Check the correct operation of the devices (see point L)
Raise the cutting height to maximum height. Slow ground speed, or wait for
grass to dry.
Clean the casing (Important: before cleaning extract the spark plug lead)
Clean air filter (see engine instructions also).
Take unit to Authorized Service Dealer for Assistance.
Take unit to Authorized Service Dealer to replace the blade.
Take unit to Authorized Service Dealer to replace the blade.
Take unit to Authorized Service Dealer to replace the blade.
Wait until the lawn surface has dried off.
Replace the blade.
Cut the lawn twice, altering the cutting height accordingly.
Clean the casing (do not use water)
NB: remember to remove the spark plug connector.
