Basic Play

Slide [OPEN :] to open the lid, and
insert the disc.
a Label must face upward.
Press the area near the center hole of the disc
until it clicks into position.
b Close the lid.

Set play mode selector to [NOR].

Press [ :/J SELECT] (unit) or [ :
SELECT] (wireless remote control).
The time until play starts depends on the number of
files on the disc. If the unit cannot read the disc
correctly (it is scratched or dirty or the unit is bumped),
some files may be left unread or the disc may not be
read at all.
c Counts the files (tracks) on the disc
d Album number
e Track number
f Track number in play
g Elapsed playing time of each track
If in Disc mode (see page 42), play stops after the
last track on the disc. If in Album mode (see page
42), play stops after the last track in the album.

Adjust the volume.
+: To increase the volume level
–: To decrease the volume level
The volume range is 0 – 25.
(Press and hold to change the volume successively.)
The volume changes when pressed while the level is
displayed. If any other display is shown, it changes to
show the current level.
