WARNING
Safety in traffi c has the highest priority!
Observe the following safety instructions so that you do not put yourself or
others in danger:
Before travel commencement familiarize yourself with the operation of the
device.
Only operate the device when the traffi c situation allows. Stop in a suitable
place to carry out comprehensive operations.
Only remove or insert the face plate when the vehicle is parked.
Set to a moderate volume so that acoustic signals from the police, fi re
department and other rescue services can be heard in good time.

Danger from improper use!
For safe handling of batteries observe the following safety instructions:
Do not throw the batteries into a fi re.
Do not short circuit the batteries.
Do not attempt to recharge the batteries.
Regularly check the condition of the batteries. Leaking battery acid can
cause permanent damage to the device. Special caution should be shown
when handling damaged or leaking batteries. Danger from acid burns!
Wear protective gloves.
Store batteries in a place inaccessible to children. If swallowed seek
immediate medical attention.
Remove the batteries from the remote control if you do not intend to use
the device for extended periods of time.
