Searching for a contact

There are two ways to search
for a contact:
From the home screen
1 From the home screen
touch to open
Contacts. Touch Name
and enter the name of the
contact using the key pad.

Touch
Call
hard key to initiate the call.
From the main menu
1 Touch , select
Communication.
2 Touch Contacts and
Search.
TIP! The alphabetical
keypad is displayed once
you tap Name.

Adding a new contact

1 From the home screen
touch then select
Create new contact.
2 Enter the first and last
name of your new contact.
You do not have to enter
both, but you must enter
one or the other.
3 Enter up to five different
numbers and assign a
type for each. Choose
from Mobile, Home,
Office, Pager, Fax, VT and
General.
4 Add an email addresses.
5 Assign the contact to one
or more groups. Choose
from No group, Family,
Friends, Colleagues,
School or VIP.
