Troubleshooting

No display

• Check if the batteries are correctly inserted.
• Put the handset into the base/charger cradle to charge the batteries.
• Remove the batteries from the handset, and place them back carefully.

The batteries are empty

• Check if the batteries are correctly inserted.
• Clean the charging contacts of handset and base.
• Charge the batteries.
The display shows a limited charge of the batteries and the handset gives a
warning signal:
• Charge the batteries of the handset.
• Replace the batteries when the autonomy becomes too short.

The handset does not find the base

• You are out of range; stand closer to the base.
• Check the power supply of the base.
• Register the handset as described in this manual.
• Remove the batteries from the handset, and place them back carefully.
• Pull the base's power supply plug, and plug it in again.

No dialing tone

• Check if the telephone cable is well connected to the base and to the wall
plug.
• Use the delivered cable.
• Adjust the volume of the handset to a higher level.
