- Page 4 OPERATING INSTRUCTION 1) Press the power switch to 'ON' position. The power indicator will light. Allow approximately 3 to 4 minutes to preheat. When the proper temperature is reached, the 'Ready Light' will go on. 2) Place an item to be laminated into the laminating pouch. (Caution! Photo lamination can produce some bubbles.) 3) Insert the laminating pouch into a carrier.
