MAINTENANCE
Wire & cable cover inspection
The control cables and connection points of the scooter's wire
harness have rubber covers that protect them from dirt and
moisture.
1. The covers 1 should be checked periodically to make sure
they are in good condition .
2. The covers should also be pulled back 2 to make sure
the electrical terminals are not contaminated by moisture,
dirt or corrosion that could af fect their electrical integrity .
3. When the cover is pulled back, make sure the connectors'
tabs 3 are secured so the connectors will not separate
during operation.

Use a moist rag to clean debris off of the covers.

Corrosion on electrical connectors can alter or dis-
rupt the electrical function of your scooter. Use a
quality, dielectric grease to lubricate and protect elec-
trical connectors.
Always keep ignition switch OFF when servicing the
electrical connectors. See your KYMCO dealer for
any electrical system diagnosis and repair.
Brake fluid
(front brake)
Your scooter is equipped with a hydraulic front brake. Check
the brake fluid level window on the master cylinder reservoir
on the handlebars per the maintenance schedule.
