<Next Display> to be administered.
Using the Softkeys to Activate a Feature
Your display and softkeys allow you to access up to 12 switch-related features. For example, you may want to use the
Call Forwarding All Calls feature to send all your calls to another extension while you are away from your phone. You
can activate this feature with the softkeys in the following way:
To access a feature with the softkeys (Call Forwarding All Calls is used in this example)

Press <Menu>.
The display shows the initial feature option screen:

Press <Next>.
The display shows:
CFrwd CPark TmDay PCall

To use the Call Forwarding All Calls feature, press the softkey below CFrwd and then dial the extension to which
your calls should be forwarded.
Note:
When the feature is activated, after the display screen shows you the digits you are dialing, an
arrow appears above the feature. If there is not an arrow above the feature, the feature is off.
When you wish to cancel Call Forwarding All Calls, press the softkey under CFrwd again. The arrow above
CFrwd (showing feature status indication) disappears. Your calls will no longer be forwarded
To disconnect from a normal call and obtain dial tone without hanging up the handset

Press <Drop>.
Note:
If you press <Drop> during a conference call, the last party added will be dropped, and you will
remain connected to the other parties.
