Something not working

If the appliance is not working correctly, please carry out the following checks, before
contacting your local Electrolux Service Centre.
IMPORTANT: If you call out an engineer to a fault listed below, or to repair a fault
caused by incorrect use or installation, a charge will be made even if the appliance is
under guarantee.
Symptoms
The cooking zones do not work?
The oven does not come on
It takes too long to finish the dishes,
or they are cooked too fast
If after these checks, the appliance still does not work, contact your local Service Force
Centre. When you contact the Service Centre, they will need the following information:
Your name, address and postcode.

Clear and concise details of the fault
The model and the serial number (see rating label)

Date of purchase

Rating plate
Cooker details are found on the rating plate on the lower left hand corner of the front frame of
the cavity. Copy the details onto this page so you have them handy if you should need to call a
service company

Solutions
the appliance is switched on,
the control lamps are on in the operating field,
the corresponding cooking zone is switched on,
the switch is set to the correct heat setting,
the fuses in the house installation (fusebox) have
tripped. If the fuses repeatedly trip, call in an
approved electrician.
check if a cooking function/temperature has been
selected correctly
the socket switch or the switch from the mains
supply to the cooker are ON.
the temperature may need adjusting
