REAR-FACING SETUP
Infants may have difficulty breathing when in a sitting
position. Make sure the seat is reclined properly so that
your child's head does not fall forward. Failure to properly
recline the Child Restraint could increase the child's risk
of serious injury or death.
Make sure the vehicle is on a level surface, if possible.

2 Squeeze the Recline Adjustment Handle on front of Child Restraint and
pull forward to adjust to the most reclined position (Position 1) as
shown (a).
Do not use Tether in REAR-FACING mode. Tether must be properly stored - See " Tether Storage" page 20.
