Request the destination memory (see page 25) and select destination using the rotary
stick.
If the position is outside a digitised area, the driver is guided to the digitised route
nearest to the destination. The announcement "Your destination is nearby" is given.
The direction of the arrows must be followed in order to reach the destination.
Select "LANGUAGE*" in the system
settings menu and confirm.
Select the language using the rotary
stick. The language selection is
accepted by pressing the control and
the language is installed.
You can choose either a male or a female voice for certain languages.
Select the voice using the rotary stick.
The voice is accepted and installed by
pressing the control.
The system returns to the system settings menu after installation.
In the case you have mistakenly switched to a language you cannot read, perform operation
by following the asterisk (*).
Select "ANNOUNCEMENT ETA" in the
system settings menu and confirm.
ETA stands for Estimated Time of Arrival.
It is possible to select between
ANNOUNCEMENT ETA "ON" and
"OFF" by briefly pressing the
button.
Press and hold the button to accept the setting.
The system returns to the system settings menu.
Select "ETA CALCULATION" in the
system settings menu and confirm.
Select the estimated average speed
using the rotary stick.
The estimated average speed is accepted by pressing the

Select "MEASURING UNIT" from the
system settings menu and confirm.
Select the measuring unit using the
rotary stick.
The measuring unit is accepted by pressing the control.
The system returns to the system settings menu.
"METRIC" indicates calculation in metres.
"IMPERIAL" indicates calculation in yards.
