Enable WFQ on GigabitEthernet 1/0/1, and set the weights of queues 0 through 7 to 1, 2, 4, 6, 8, 10,
12, and 14 respectively.
Set the minimum guaranteed bandwidth of queue 0 to 128 kbps.
