4.4 Disk Defragment

Disk fragments are some tiny storage areas that have small rooms, cannot be directly reused, and are
located in different positions in the disk. If you do not perform the disk defragment function for a long time,
the system performance may be lowered. Perform a disk defragment by following the instruction below.
Step 4
Check the two options as shown in the
figure and click "Start".
Step 5
After your computer is restarted, the disk
error checking will be performed.
Step 1
In the "My Computer" window, select the
disk drive. Right click on the disk drive and
select "Properties".
Step 2
Select "Tools" and click "Defragment Now".
Step 3
Select the targeted partition, such as the C
partition, and click "Defragment".
The defragment process usually takes a
long time.
