4.4.3 Procedure for Replacing the Pick Roller

Replace the pick roller by the following procedure:
1) Remove any documents from the document support.
2) Open the automatic document feeder by pulling it toward you while
3) Remove the pick roller.
CAUTION

turn it in the direction of the arrow to remove the pick roller.
Check that the pad is mounted completely. If
the pick roller is not mounted correctly, a
document feeding error such as a paper jam
may occur.
