9. Install:
• Slide metal 1
• Oil seal washer 2
To outer tube slot.
NOTE:
Press the slide metal into the outer
tube with fork seal driver 3.
Fork seal driver:
YM-01442/90890-01442
10. Install:
• Oil seal 1
NOTE:
Press the oil seal into the outer tube
with fork seal driver 2.
Fork seal driver:
YM-01442/90890-01442
11. Install:
• Stopper ring 1
NOTE:
Fit the stopper ring correctly in the
groove in the outer tube.
12. Install:
• Dust seal 1
NOTE:
Apply the lithium soap base grease
on the inner tube.
13. Check:
• Inner tube smooth movement
Tightness/binding/rough spots
→ Repeat the steps 2 to 12.
14. Compress the front fork fully.

• Bague antifriction 1
• Rondelle de bague d'étanchéité

Dans l'ouverture de fourreau.
N.B.:
Enfoncer la bague antifriction dans le
fourreau à l'aide de l'outil d'insertion de
joint de fourche 3.
Outil d'insertion de joint de
fourche:
YM-01442/90890-01442
10. Monter:
• Bague d'étanchéité 1
N.B.:
Enfoncer la bague d'étanchéité dans le
fourreau à l'aide de l'outil d'insertion de
joint de fourche 2.
Outil d'insertion de joint de
fourche:
YM-01442/90890-01442
11. Monter:
• Bague d'arrêt 1
N.B.:
Fixer correctement la bague d'arrêt dans
la gorge du fourreau.
12. Monter:
• Joint antipoussière 1
N.B.:
Appliquer la graisse à base de savon au
lithium sur le tube plongeur.
13. Contrôler:
• Mouvement régulier du tube
plongeur
Raideur/coincement/point dur →
Répéter les étapes du 2 à 12.
14. Comprimer la fourche avant com-
plètement.
