Clutch
1. Install:
9 Plain washer [D=ø 34 mm (1.34 in)] 1
9 Spacer 2
9 Bearing 3
9 Primary driven gear 4
NOTE:
Apply the transmission oil on the bearing, spacer
and primary driven gear inner circumference.
2. Install:
9 Plain washer [D=ø 34 mm (1.34 in)] 1
9 Clutch boss 2
3. Install:
9 Lock washer 1
9 Nut (clutch boss) 2
NOTE:
Use the clutch holding tool 3, 4 to hold the
clutch boss.

YM-91042 ..............................3 3

4. Bend the lock washer 1 tab.
