Printing the status sheet

You can print a status sheet to see the current default values. To print a status sheet, follow the
steps below.
1. Make sure that letter/A4 size paper is loaded in the front paper cassette.
2. Turn off the printer.
3. Turn on the printer while holding down the H Ink button.
The printer prints the status sheet.
Printer cover open
The printer cover is open during printing.
Printer error, restart printer
A printer error has occurred
Service required
(Lights flash alternately)
Parts inside the printer are at the end of their
service life.
Nozzle maintenance required
Print head nozzles are clogged or
misaligned.
Unknown printer error
An unknown printer error has occurred.
Close the printer cover.
Turn off the printer and make sure paper is
not jammed.

If the error still does not clear, contact
Epson.

Press the H Ink button to recover from error
status.
Turn the printer off and then back on. If the
error does not clear, contact Epson.
