EXPERT SPEAKER SETTING
(available only when "EXPERT" is
selected for SPEAKER SETTING)
When selecting "EXPERT" for "SPEAKER SETTING in
the AUDIO page of the preference display (see page 45)" ,
pressing ENTER on the remote control unit brings up the
EXPERT SPEAKER SETTING sub-page shown below, in
which you can make fine tuning for speaker settings.

How to make speaker settings
You can make speaker settings according to the
following procedure.

You can now select the next item to be edited.
Repeat above steps 1 through 4 until all settings are
made.
Setting items
F.SPK (Front speakers) setting
• SIZE
Selects the front speaker
size between "Large" and
"Small" .
If your front speakers
fully reproduce the low-
frequency range, select
"Large" . If they do not
fully reproduce the low-frequency range, select
"Small" .
C.SPK (Center speaker) settings
• SIZE
Selects the center
speaker size among
"Large" , "Small" and
"None" .
If your center speaker
fully reproduces the low-
frequency range, select
"Large" . If it does not fully
reproduce the low-frequency range, select "Small" . If
you do not use a center speaker, select "None" .
• LEVEL
Cuts or boosts audio signals from the center speaker
between –6 dB and +6 dB in 1 dB steps.
• DELAY
Adjusts the delay time of the center speaker between
–5 ms and 0 ms in 1 ms steps.
