5.3 Cleaning the Flatbed (Flatbed Type Only)

Holding the handle, lift up the Document Cover.

Lightly wipe off the following locations using a cloth moist-
ened with Cleaner F1.
Do not allow moisture to flow into the gap between the
Document Bed and the Plastic Cover.

Wait for the cleaned parts to dry.

Gently close the Document Cover.
