You can specify the software you want to install by clicking the [Customize] button. The
ScanSnap Manager and ScanSnap Online Update settings cannot be changed.
a The authentication window appears.

Enter the user name and password for a user with Administrator privileges,
and click the [Install Software] button.
a Installation starts.
If you installed ScanSnap Manager, the [ScanSnap - Connecting ScanSnap] window
appears.
If you do not have ScanSnap Manager installed, proceed to step 12.

Follow the instructions on the screen to check the connection between the
ScanSnap and the computer.
