Hardware
This section describes some of the possible hardware problems that can occur with the Cisco WebEx
Node for ASR 1000 Series (also called the Cisco WebEx Node SPA) hardware and DSP SPA for Cisco
ASR 1000 Series. It includes the following problems:

Cisco WebEx Node SPA and SPA-DSP is in Out-of-Service State

Both hardware and software problems can cause "out of service" states on the Cisco WebEx Node SPA
and SPA-DSP.
To verify the out-of-service reason for the Cisco WebEx Node SPA or a SPA-DSP, use the show
hw-module subslot all oir command as shown in the following example:
