Feature Description
Shared line Allows a user to have several phones that share
the same phone number or allows a user to share
a phone number with a coworker.
Silent Monitoring Allows a supervisor to silently monitor an
active call. The supervisor cannot be heard by
either party on the call. The user might hear an
intermittent tone
(beep tone) during a call when it is being
monitored.
Note
Speed-dialing Dials a specified number that has been
previously stored.
Time-of-Day Restricts access to specified telephony features
Routing by time period.
Touchscreen Allows user to disable touchscreen illumination
illumination on a phone, which would override other rules
disabling that determine when the touchscreen gets
illuminated.
To provide this feature, you must implement the
Display URI, which includes configuring the
length of time that illumination remains
disabled.
Transfer Allows users to redirect connected calls from
their phones to another number.

The intercom feature is disabled when a
call is being monitored or recorded.
