Hard Disk Pre-Delay
This option sets the time delay to allow the hard disk to
spin up. The choices in seconds are "3," "6," "9," "12,"
"15," "21," and "30."
These entries let you check or change the following hard
drive parameters. They are not available if "Auto" is
selected.

Type
This field lets you select the drive type. Available
options include "User," "Auto," "CD-ROM," "ATAPI
Removable," "Other ATAPI," "IDE Removable," or
"None."

Maximum Capacity
This field displays the maximum capacity of your hard
drive in megabytes.

Multi Sector Transfers
This option determines the number of sectors
per block for multiple sector transfers. You cannot
access this option if the configuration type is set to
"Auto." If necessary, check the specification for your
hard drive to determine the best setting for optimum
drive performance. The options include:
2 Sectors
4 Sectors
8 Sectors
16 Sectors
Disabled.
