Cabling Storage Devices

All storage devices require a power and signal cable
connection. Devices shipped with the system are already
connected.
Procedures are provided on the following devices:

IDE device IDE hard drive, CD-ROM drive, or Zip
drive

accessible 5 1/4-inch device tape backup unit.

Cabling an IDE Device
