Dealing with Problems (Advanced)
Display
During simultaneous display, one of
the screens becomes disordered
When a video such as an MPEG file or
a DVD video is being played with
®
WinDVD or Windows
Media Player,
the display destination cannot be
switched using Fn+F3
Setup Utility
[Enter Password] is displayed
[Advanced] and [Boot] menu can
not be registered
Some items in [Security] menu can
not be registered
F9 does not work

Shutting Down

Windows cannot be shut down or
restarted
Try changing the display by pressing Fn+F3.
If you continue to experience problems, try changing the display destination in
the following menu.
<CF-Y2 series>
[start] - [Control Panel] - [Other Control Panel Options] - [Intel(R) Extreme
Graphics 2 M] - [Devices]
<CF-W2 series>
[start] - [Control Panel] - [Other Control Panel Options] - [Intel(R) Extreme
Graphics] - [Devices]
When [Command Prompt] is set to "Full Screen" by pressing Alt + Enter, the
screen is displayed on one of the displays only. When the window display is
restored by pressing Alt + Enter, the screen is displayed on both displays.
<Only for CF-Y2 series>
Simultaneous display cannot be used until Windows startup is complete (during
Setup Utility, Windows logon screen, etc.). When Fn+F3 is pressed, the screen
is displayed on the external display or internal LCD.
The display destination cannot be switched while a video such as an MPEG file
and a DVD video is playing. Stop playing the video before switching the display
destination.
Enter the Supervisor Password or User Password. If you have forgotten it,
contact your technical support office.
Restart the Setup Utility with the Supervisor Password.
If a USB device is connected, try removing it.
