Specialfeaturesofyourovencontrol
Yournew touchpad controlhas add_onal featuresthatyou may chooseto use. Thefollowingare the
featuresand how you may activatethem.
The specialfeature modescan onlybe activated whilethe displayisshowingthe time of day.
Theyremain in the control's memory untilthe stepsare repeated.
When the displayshows yourchoice,pressthe START pad. Thespecialfeatures willremain in memory
after a power failure,except for the Sabbathfeature, which will have to be mseL
12 Hour Shut-Off
Withthisfeature, should you forget a nd/eava t he
oven on,thecontrol willautomatically turnoff the
ovenafter12hours during baking functions o r
after3 hours during a broilfunction.
ffyou wish to turn off this feature, follow
the steps below.
[] Press the eAKE and BROIL HgLOpads
at the same time for 3 seconds until
the display shows SF.
[]
Press the DELAYSTARTpad until
no ahdn (no shut-off) appears in
the display.
[] Press the STARTpad toacdvate the
no shut-offand leave the control
set in this special features mode.
Fahrenheit or Celsius Temperature Selection
Your ovencontrol isset to usethe Fahrenheit
temparatum selectionsbut youmay changethis
to use the Celsiusselections.
[] Press the BAKEand BROIL HI/LOpads
at the same time for 3 seconds until
the display shows SF.
[] Pressthe BROILHI/I.O pad affam.
The display will show C (CeMm).
[] Pzessthe STARTpad.
[] Press the BROIL HI/LO pad. The
display will show F (Fahrenheit).
Control Lockout
Yourcontrol will allowyouto lockdownthe touch
padsso theycannotbe activated whenpressed
[] Press the BAKEand BROILHI/LO pads
at the same time for 3 seconds until
the display shows SE
[] Press the SELFCLEANpad. The
display will show LOC OFF..
Pressthe SELFCLEANpad again.
The display will show LOCON.
[] Pressthe STARTpad toactivate
the control lockout feature and
leave the control set in this special
features mode.
To unlock the control, repeat steps 1
and 2. Press the STA/O'pad when the
display shows tOC OFF..
When this feature is on and the touch
pads are pressed the control will beep
and the display will show LOC.
NOTE: Thecontrollockout m ode will not affect
the CLOCK, KITCHEN TIMER ON/OFF andOVEN
LIGHTON/OFF touchpads.
