Module Configuration View
Access: From the Icon Subviews menu for a selected
Module icon in the Chassis Device view, select Module
Configuration.
This view provides the following information for
the selected module:
Board Number
Identifies a particular board/module installed in
the device.
Board Type
Description of the board.
Board Status
Description of board's current status.
Serial No.
The serial number of the board.
No. of I/O Ports
The number of I/O ports for this board.
I/F Type (Dim1)
The type of interface specified by DIM 1.
I/F Type (Dim2)
The type of interface specified by DIM 2.
Node Configuration View
Access: From the Icon Subviews menu for the
MotNodeMgmtApp Application icon, select Node
Configuration.
This view (and a continuation accessed via the
More button at the bottom of the view) provides
node configuration information in the following
defined areas:
• General Node Information (unlabeled)
• Thresholds
• Alarms
• Billing
• Traffic
• Codex Proprietary Information

General Node Information

This area (located just below the banner of Node
Configuration View-I) contains the following
information:
Node Name
Up to 8 alphanumeric characters identifying the
modeled node. This name appears at the top of
control terminal menus and reports.
Node Number
Number identifiying the node for X.25 routing
purposes to prevent routing loops.
