Remove t he bow-tieclipandflat washer from the ferruleinorderto disconnect the
augeridlerrodfromthe brakebracketassembly. SeeFigure 32.
NOTE: Makesurethat the locationof the ferruleon the augeridlerrodis
maintained.

1. Slipthe augercontrolbelt (thefront belt)off the enginepulley.
2. Pullthe brakebracketassembly t owardsthe cableguiderollerandunhook
the augercablez-fitting. SeeFigure 33.
3. From both sides of the the frameassembly, usea 1/2" wrench to remove
the threehextapscrews securing the frameto the augerhousing assembly.

NOTE: Donot remove the lower hexflangelocknut oneachside.

1/2"wrench to remove t he hexscrew andflat washer f rom thecenter o f the
pulleyonthe augerhousing. See AinFigure 35.
6. Liftthe brake bracketassembly o ut of the pulleygroove(Bin Figure 35)and
slidethe pulleyassembly o ffthe posts of the augerpulleyadapter(C)to
remove the oldbelt.
NOTE: Thepulleyadaptermayslideoff the augerinputshaftwhenremoving
the pulley.Use extracautionto ensure the adapter d oesfall and/orget
damaged whenremovingthe pulley.
Place the newaugerbelt in theV-groove of the augerpulleyand
placethe pulleyw/belt inside the beltkeepers.
