againstthe handle to engage the wheeldrive.Release t o stop.TheWheeldrive
controlalsolocksthe augercontrolsoyoucanoperatethe chutedirectional c ontrol
without interruptingthe snowthrowingprocess. If the augercontrolisengaged
simultaneously w ith the wheeldrivecontrol,the operator canrelease the auger
control(onthe left handle) andthe augerswill remainengaged. R elease b oth
controls to stoptheaugersandwheeldrive.
NOTE: Alwaysrelease the wheeldrivecontrolbefore changing speeds. F ailure to do
sowill resultinincreased w earon yourmachine's drivesystem.
Two-waychute Control"
Thetwo-waychute-pitch controlislocated on the left sideof the handlepaneland
is usedto control t he distance ofsnowdischarge fromthe chute.
Tochange the upperchuteangletocontrolthe distance that snowisthrown,
pivotthe leverforwardor backward.
Movethe leverforwardto pivotthe upperchutedownandreducethe
distance snowisthrown.
Movethe leverrearward to pivot the upperchuteupwardandincrease the
distance snowisthrown.
