5. Close the Printers and Faxes folder.

1. Click Start ® Settings ® Printers.
2. Right-click this printer icon and select Properties.
3. Click the Options tab, and then select Get Information from Printer.
4. Click Apply, and then click OK.
5. Close the Printers folder.
Windows Me/95/98
1. Click Start ® Settings ® Printers.
2. Right-click this printer icon and select Properties.
3. Click the Options tab, and then select Get Information from Printer.
4. Click Apply, and then click OK.
5. Close the Printers folder.
If Get Information from Printer is unavailable, follow these steps:
1. In the Items list box of the Options tab, find Option Tray 1 Module.
2. Change the setting from Not Available to 250 Sheet Tray Module (A4/Letter Cassette) or 250 Sheet Tray
Module (Legal Cassette).
3. When two optional 250-sheet tray modules have been installed, find Option Tray 2 Module and repeat step 2 to
specify the setting of a second tray module.
When optional 250-sheet tray module and 500-sheet tray module have been installed, find Option Tray 2 Module and
change the setting from Not Available to 500 Sheet Tray Module.
4. Click Apply, and then click OK.
5. Close the Printers and Faxes (or Printers) folder.
