Rooms

Rooms allow you to share private calendars, group chats,
photos or videos, and notes with only people you invite—
such as family members, friends, or other groups.
The room displays four screens: members, chat, calendar,
photos, and notes.
Note: A Family Room comes pre-loaded to get you started,
and you can create new ones.
Creating a New Room
Use the following procedure to create a new room.
1. From the Home screen, touch
2. Swipe to the together list, then touch

3. Touch Room. The NAME YOUR ROOM screen appears
with the room name field highlighted.
4. Enter a room name.
5. Touch save. The EDIT ROOM screen appears.
6. To invite members to the room, touch

7. Scroll through your contacts and touch a contact to
send an text invitation to the room.
8. Repeat Steps 6 and 7 until you have invited all your
members. Touch
9. To change a room member's preferred phone number
or email address or to remove a member from the
room, touch an entry in the list of group members.
10. Touch save to save your changes.
Using Rooms
Once you have created a room, there are several options
available for editing, deleting, and so on.
1. From the Home screen, touch
2. Swipe to the together menu, then scroll down and
touch the room that you want to display.
3. Touch text to send a text message to all members of
the room.
4. Touch email to send an email message to all
members of the room.
