Replacing the Power-Button Board

WARNING:

Procedure

1
Align the screw holes on the power-button board with the screw holes on the
palm-rest assembly.
2
Replace the screws that secure the power-button board to the palm-rest assembly.
3
Adhere the power-button board cable to the palm-rest assembly.
4
Connect the power-button board cable to the status-light board and press down on
the latch to secure the cable.

Follow step 5 to step 9 in "Replacing the Palm Rest" on page 49.

Replace the tertiary hard drive. See "Replacing the Third Hard Drive (Optional)" on
page 30.

Replace the secondary hard drive. See "Replacing the Secondary Hard Drive" on
