Z Connecting
Matters Problems
There is no image
or sound on the
TV.
Connecting to TV
The TV image is
black and white.
PC does not
Connecting to PC recognize the
camera.
Connecting to Cannot print with
printer PictBridge.
Possible causes
The camera is not connected to the TV
correctly.
The included video cable or A/V cable was
connected during movie playback.
"TV" is selected as the TV input.
The video output setting is incorrect.
The TV volume is turned down.

The USB cable (mini-B) is not correctly
connected to the PC or camera.
• The USB cable (mini-B) is not correctly
connected to the printer or camera.
• The printer is not turned on.
Solutions
Connect the camera and TV correctly.
After the movie playback mode is
stopped, connect the camera and TV
correctly.
Set the TV input to "VIDEO".
Change the setting to NTSC or PAL.
Adjust the volume.
