Assigning Hot Keys

You can assign a phone number stored in the Handset Phonebook to a key to be
used as a Hot Key.
Press Up.
Press the
center soft
key.
Press the
center soft
key.

• To search for an item in the Phonebook, see page 28.
• A " " will be displayed next to hot key numbers that have a Phonebook item
registered to them.
Using the Handset Phonebook
Select
"H/S
Phonebook".
OR
Press
Up or Down.
Select
"Regist.
Hot Key".
Press the
center soft key
for "Save".
Press the
center soft
key.
Press the
center soft
key.

Enter name.
Select the
desired item.
(if required)
Select a
blank hot key
number (0-9).
