Display Informs that...
Memory Full! Not enough free space for saving files.
Paper Error! The paper is not inserted or set
improperly.
Print Error! Paper jam or other printing error
occurred.
Ink Error! Ink is low.
Connect USB USB cable is not connected or set
Cable! improperly.
Low Battery! Battery Power is low.
Card Error The mini SD card is not inserted or
damaged.
Not Formatted! The mini SD card is not formatted.
Write Error! Failed to write a file.
Read Error! Failed to read a file.
Protect! The file is protected.
Checklist
✤ Before contacting service personnel, please read and check following table. If the problem
continues, contact your nearest Samsung dealer or authorised service centre / personnel.
Symptom Possible Causes
No Power is supplied. The power is not connected properly.
The battery is dead.
The battery is too cold.
Date/Time is wrong The Date/Time is not set.
Focus does not adjust Focus mode is set to manual.

Action
Check the space of internal memory or
the external memory.
Check the paper in the printer.
If there is no paper, insert paper.
Check the printer message. Refer to the
printer manual for details.
Replace ink or toner.
Check the USB connection. Disconnect
and try to connect again.
Charge the Battery Pack or connect the
AC Power Adapter.
Replace the mini SD card.
Format the mini SD card or replace with a
formatted one.
Check the memory space or format of the
mini SD card.
Delete the damaged / corrupted file.
To delete a protected file, unlock the
protection prior to deletion.
Measure
Connect the AC Power Adapter
properly, page 24
Replace with a new Battery Pack.
Warm up the battery or move it to a
warmer place.
Set the Date / Time, pages 42
Set the focus mode to <Auto>.
Use a strobe or light the place.
Clear the lens and check the focus.
Insert the mini SD card properly,
page 33.
Clear the memory slot.
Set proper white balance, page 69.
