Before Use
Function Lever
Function lever can be used in 2 ways, for zoom operations
(P124)
and for Exposure Compensation (P138).
Move the lever to left or right to operate.
To assign a function to the Function Lever
[MENU] > [Custom]>
You can assign a function to the function lever. The default setting is [AUTO].
Item
When the lens is replaced, the camera automatically assigns the setting
suitable for the lens in use.
When using an interchangeable lens (H-PS14042) that supports the power
[AUTO]
zoom (electrically operated zoom), the camera assigns the [ZOOM] operation.
When using an interchangeable lens (H-FS1442A, H-FS45150) that does not
support the power zoom, the camera assigns the [EXP.] operation.
[ZOOM]
Zoom operations are operable.
Exposure compensation is operable. (In the Manual Exposure Mode:
[EXP.]
Aperture setting is operable.)
Displaying/not displaying the operation guide
[MENU] > [Custom]>
When [ON] is set, the operation guide for dials, buttons, levers,
etc. is displayed on the recording screen.
