Step 3. Executing Restore from tape (backup server)
Restore data from the tape to RV, using backup software.
Step 4. Flushing MV file system (business server)
Flush the MV file system and discard data in the file system buffer.
iSMrc_flush -drv D:
Then, the following message appears and flushing is executed.
Flush Start
Flush Normal End
Step 5. Unmounting MV (business server)
Unmount MV before executing Restore.
To execute unmounting, you must terminate all applications which access the drive. Also, refer to the
description about unmounting in Chapter 3 "Notes".
iSMrc_umount -drv D:
Then, the following message appears and unmounting is executed.
Umount Start
Umount Normal End
