General Information

TurboChef Oven Cleaner and Guard

1. Only use TurboChef Oven Cleaner (P/N:
103180) to clean TurboChef ovens.
- Other cleaners with caustic chemicals, such as
lye, will render the catalytic converter
ineff ective.
NOTE: HhC 3240 and various HhC 2020
model ovens do not contain catalytic converters.
CAUTION: DO NOT spray Oven Cleaner
into the perforation on the back oven wall or
into any openings, such as the louvers on the
side panels or the rear vent catalyst housing.
Doing so can damage critical oven components,
resulting in a non-warranty service call.
2. TurboChef Oven Guard (P/N: 103181) is an
optional, but highly recommended product that
makes cleaning the oven easier.
3. Purchase bottles, cases, or pallets of TurboChef
Oven Cleaner and Guard directly from
TurboChef or from other outlets (e.g., a
stocking dealer).

- Explain how the call is handled from when the
customer makes the call to when TurboChef
dispatches a service agent.

Cookbook

1. Explain the TurboChef Cookbook.

- Show how to navigate to the cookbook from
www.turbochef.com.
2. Show and explain the diff erent types of searches
and how to fi nd cook settings.
- Search by oven
- Search by keyword
- Search by food manufacturer

Smart Card

1. Allow trainees to save settings to a smart card.
2. Explain saving and loading menus.
- When a menu is saved to a smart card, any
existing menu settings on the smart card are
permanently lost.
- When a menu is loaded onto an oven, any
existing menu settings on the oven are
permanently lost.
- Individual settings cannot be saved to or
loaded from a smart card. Whenever a save or
load is performed, the entire card is rewritten.
3. Explain TurboChef 's processes for managing
customer's menus.
- Explain the process for updating a customer's
menu within TurboChef.
- Explain TurboChef 's process for pre-loading
ovens with a customer's menu.
4. Explain how the settings stored on smart cards
can be manipulated with ChefComm Pro.
