Position the motorcycle on level ground and
in an upright position.
The coolant level within the expansion tank
can be inspected without removing any
covers. The expansion tank can be viewed
from the right hand side of the motorcycle,
through a window in the rear of the final
drive belt cover.
Check the coolant level in the expansion
tank. The coolant level must be between the
MAX (upper line) and MIN (lower line)
marks. If the coolant is below the minimum
level, the coolant level must be adjusted.
